As recently posted on HfP (https://www.headforpoints.com/2023/0...42-443-hotels/) there are now plenty of '3 for 2' (and '4 for 3' / '5 for 4' etc) night offers with the Hilton Impresario programme for the year to 31 March 2024, and now includes some hotels in the US too.

The list of hotels (from HfP) is as below - these are 3 nights for the price of 2 unless mentioned:

Looks like you're right - I've just tried a sample booking for the Impresario rate. I've updated the post above.

He’s actually located in the UK, and I’m in Australia so waiting for his replies always makes me anxious but he always comes through and he never makes me feel like I’m too much of a hassle.

I hadn’t used travel agents prior to Lewin but would definitely recommend his services.

He just saved me about $1,500 aud total on a 5 night stay in Tokyo so yeah, I’m pretty happy right now.
YMMV, my FHR credit ($150) + Impresario ($100) credit are stackable at Tokyo last time. 3 + 3 = 6 nights paying 4 nights only. Amazing.

Does anyone know if any other Istanbul hotels offer this, and if any are 3 for 2? Have a three night stay there coming up.

Hilton-wise, the only Istanbul property in the Impresario programme is the Conrad. There are plenty of other brands with similar benefits programs (e.g., IHG Luxury & Lifestyle, Hyatt Prive, Marriott Stars and Luminous etc etc), but I can't immediately see any other hotels doing 3 for 2 in Istanbul right at the moment.

Impresario bookings are paid at the hotel, correct? I’m looking to make a 1 night booking at Crockfords Las Vegas, mostly to use up the irritating Amex Aspire $250 resort credit. I saw a few references to Impresario and seems like the standard rate is only about $10-$15 more than the AAA rate - so I might as well reach out and find an Impresario agent if indeed someone can confirm this will trigger the Aspire credit.

Yes - that's right. The rate should be identical to the (non-member) best available rate / standard refundable rate, and is payable on departure and has the usual cancellation policy apply to the best available refundable rate. Feel free to PM me if you want me to double check anything for you.

Wow! That's great to know!

So FHR + Impressario booking and the hotel linked up both reservations so you didn't need to check out and check in again? And gave you $150 + $100 for total duration of stay (6 nights) or only $150 for first 3 and then $100 for 2nd set of 3 nights?

I'm not sure how that's supposed to work though, since FHR and Impresario are different rates? I can't imagine that working together. Unlike, say, Impresario + elite credit stacking. How do you get both FHR + Impresario? You also can't get FHR + Virtuoso... Weird.

I guess you mean an agent who only get the travel agent commission and do not charge the client anything extra. Last time I've used QX travel.

If you mean a travel agent who work completely for nothing: I do not know them.
