Best executive lounge by continent?

The last great US one I went to was Oakbrook, IL. It actually reminded me of the photos above from Macao. Macao wins, but it was similar! Sad times.

Unfortunately I have not stayed at the Conrad, so cannot compare.
The view from the original lounge location on the top floor of the Hilton Istanbul used to be good - but I believe the lounge was relocated to a lower floor some time ago.
