What email address did you send to?

My guess, based on timing and a reference upthread is that the cutover came more-or-less simultaneously with a vendor change. I'm assuming the old vendor took their toys and went home and "new" vendor can't/won't support the old infrastructure and the "old" vendor won't (or is offering commercially unreasonable terms to) support that now decommissioned infrastructure.

Plus after this long a rollback is likely to cause more chaos than it fixes -- we're talking 23+ days of stays, bonus points, etc that would have to be gathered and posted to the "old' system even if it were still available plus another couple days of complete downtime. I also get the sense that across the entire spectrum of Honors members -- not just FTers that things have gotten closer to normal. I've been relatively happy with the shape/performance of my own account for the past week or so, my wife hasn't had any issues with her account (but no activity over the transition period).

I'll say it again though, Hilton's vendor seems to have completely botched/underestimated both the project and risk management execution of this cutover in my opinion.

[email protected] but got an instant ping back from [email protected] to say it had been received (and that Thanksgiving holidays may cause a few days delay).

I can't see the breakdown of the points in my account yet, so dunno what's happened to my M&M bonus.

I gave up and submitted my request through the web site contact form. It was immediately recognized as a Diamond request by email response with promise to address in 1 hour. I got an email 6 minutes later it was complete. Got my missing points and stays just fine including milestone bonus. I suggest the manual request route rather than waiting for some automatic fix.

The "Report Missing Stay" link or another contact link?

I'm currently missing one stay and a whopping number of points: last week I was the "meeting planner" for an organization which had 7 rooms for two nights at ~$100/night. The contract with the hotel stated that I and the organization's Director would split equally all the points for all the rooms.

I suspect rather than trying Hilton first, I should try the Sales Director at the hotel with whom I negotiated the contract.

I emailed the Diamond support, this is what they said - I mean it has only been 24 days since I checked out.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding why you've not received 40,000 milestone bonus points after completing 61 nights in this year. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.

Please be informed milestone bonus takes 30 business days to get credited in honors account.

That is a blatant lie. I've never had a milestone bonus take longer about 48 hours to post and actually the milestone that I crossed during thus snafu posted *before* the points for the corresponding stay.

Although I'd give it at least 48-72 hours before being surprised that they didn't show up . (Edit: Whoops... didn't see the "days" after 24 on first read)

(Aside from that I'll point out that people who send Phishing emails craft more credible sounding correspondence -- they didn't even capitalize Honors, i.e. the proper name of the program that they're representing?

I used that link yesterday and let them know I checked out 24 DAYS ago and am missing my milestone bonus this is the reply they sent today, same as what the diamond people told me except now it is 30 working days not just 30 days, what a completely BS answer to give a diamond member.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding milestone credit. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.

Please be informed that according to the Hilton's policies and guidelines it will take 30 working days to reflect on your account.

As always, thanks for traveling with us and please let us know if you have any other questions. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

Happy travels,

You may be getting the holiday weekend staff :S
...or they are getting tired of the manual corrections and trying to give it to the 30 days before the big correction sweep goes through and magically fixes (or messes up) everyone's missing points. Once we hit the 30 days since the cutover then flood them with the requests.

I'm amazed that I checked out yesterday from a property, with the stay, nights and points all posting correct correctly, along with my Milestone bonus, this morning!

Has anyone else had their status counter rolled back? A few weeks ago it showed that I needed two more stays to re-qualify for Diamond. Now it shows that I need six stays. I would have managed things differently had I known I needed that many.

I thought that "rollover stays" didn't start until this year(2018, for 2019 status)?

From here: Hilton Honors Updates for 2018 FAQ

6. Will my 2017 nights in excess of my elite tier qualification be eligible to roll over to start the 2018 calendar year?

As this is a new benefit for elite members, all eligible members can roll over nights achieved during the 2018 calendar year starting on January 1, 2019, and going forward.
