Honors not crediting points for stay
I had booked three rooms at Hilton Jaipur hotel for two nights each and stayed. Booking was made through Hilton website and paid during checkout by cash.
As I had no use for the receipt I have destroyed the same.
When I did not receive points for the stay I emailed to Honors and they reverted saying that the booking was made through other channels and hence points cannot be credited. I then sent to them the booking confirmations that were received through email from Hilton directly but it has not helped as they are insisting for the invoice, which I have now destroyed.
I have asked them to investigate but Honors team has been silent since a few days with no revert whatsoever.
What can be done in this situation?
