Stupid web page design to report missing stays.

The Hilton HHonors web site page for reporting a missing stay appears to have been redesigned, but not thought out very well.

1. You must select the specific hotel from a drop down list in a required field, but the list is incomplete!

2. There is no place to add a comment such as "the stay posted but certain bonus points are missing".

I like the page now except for the lack of comment space which removes any utility for the page. I often could explain things better in that space with great results. Now I call the desk.

So, on that page, you can't even add a comment about adding a comment

"Finding" Existing Reservations on Hilton.Com

Hello, I am forced to book my travel through my corporate travel site, and no matter what I seem to do they never put in my HH Gold number.

I always present it at check in to make sure it gets in there, but every once in a while I'd like to get an upgrade or at least have Hilton honor my non-smoking requests.

Hilton.com has an option where you can look up an existing reservation and add it to your portfolio, however I get an error about 90% of the time saying I would need to call customer service, etc.

Of course I could always call each hotel ahead of time, but that is a hassle, and with the thousands of new HH Gold members (due to promo) Gold doesn't mean that much anymore anyway.

Does this happen for anyone else? If so, how have you handled the problem?

Hilton Rewards Online

I used to be able to go to Hilton.com, click on Reservations, and then HHonors Rewards and search for reward reservations. Now when I click on HHonors Rewards, it just takes me to my account.

Has this changed for anyone else?

Hhonors Online Award Booking Down

I've used this link before, and it worked. Tonite, it doesn't let you in. Anyone have another link to the reward booking engine?

Beta.hilton.com works *to let you in*. But try to book a reward; no link! Or do you see something I don't?

I'm looking for availability for two trips, and can't seem to get either this "beta" link to work, or the other one (posted above), which, although it shows the "Hhonors Reservation" link, doesn't deliver; you always get linked right back to the $$$$ rates, no matter what hotel you select.

You're right about that; looks like the checkbox for Honors Reward is no longer there! So that's why it just shows revenue room rates.

There is another problem going on. "Hilton Queen" rooms at HILTON NARITA aren't showing up. Only "Hilton Queen Plus" and higher for every date. Now, I know the world didn't book all their regular Queen rooms for the next 365 and 1/4.

HHonors Web Site Down?

Either directly or via Hilton.com...I can't seem to get into the HHonors website. Just get a "Page Can't Be Displayed" thing.

Anyone else having this problem?

I can bring up Hilton.com just fine. But not HHonors.
