How to change e-upgrade request
Hi all,
I would like to change my e-upgrade request to a different room type. An hour on the phone with Hilton reservations, HHonors and internet booking support was fruitless.
Any advice would be great.

Hey there
When you select the Nor-1 Upgrade option, you automatically receive an email confirming your upgrade request.
On that email, there are 2 clickable links right in the middle -- either to "modify" or to "cancel" the Nor-1 Upgrade request.
Just clicking on the link should work (or at least it did for me, the only time I ever wanted to change my upgrade request).

The e-upgrade link/box disappeared after I made my initial choice. I didn't receive a confirmation of my request.

In the booking confirmation (via the hilton website) try clicking in the white space where the box should be. I think there's an upgrade with points one that stays next to it.
This has launched the right window for me in the past, but as above I've also received an e-mail confirmation with the modify/cancel options.
