Hilton Mexico City Reforma - booked a Junior Suite, upgraded to Master Suite. This is a really nice room with stunning view of the Alameda Central, Palacio des Bellas Artes, Torre Latino Americano, and much of Mexico City. Large whirlpool tub has its own room with a wall of windows.

Towers of the WA NYC
I don't think this technically counts because I haven't stayed yet, but I wanted to recognize this property for being proactive. I booked a Towers King Guestroom for an upcoming stay at the end of February, and it's already been upgraded per the app to a Towers King One Bedroom Suite.

Conrad Manila. Booked King Deluxe room on Points plus Cash. Upgraded to King Premier Suit on arrival. This Suit large spacious with Bedroom, Living room , Store & a large Bathroom & seperate powder room.^^

Hilton Vilamoura (3 stays): Standard booked, upgrades to Family Suite or Apartment
Curio Reichshof Hamburg: Standard Award, One Bedroom Suite given
Hilton Cologne: Standard booked, received Junior Suite
Suite failure:
DT Kensington said they had upgraded me by one category, which still meant having a very small room

Spent 1 night at the Hilton Tallinn Park, was given nice upgrade. Booked King Guest room from winter sale and received One Bedroom deluxe suite with sauna
