Hello,
Received an upgrade notification from Deluxe to Executive Floor Room.
Are the Executive Floor Level Rooms all with City View? We want Bridge View, the Premium Rooms with Bridge View also seem to be renovated as opposed to Executive, so I'm considering to write them to "downgrade" us to regular Premium w/ Bridge View room.
A bit weird because they contacted me 2 days ago about my diamond room preferences and I specifically said Bridge View if possible (and it still is available I can see).
