Try contacting hotel directly, but I would not hold my breath.
It would cost you just a tad more points, but you can surely use two one-night awards.
One-night awards are as follows:
For weekend nights (Fri, Sat, and Sun):
SO3 - 10,000 points (Opportunity);
SE3 - 20,000 points (Executive);
SS3 - 25,000 points (Select);
SC3 - 30,000 points (Classic);
SP3 - 35,000 points (Premium).
For midweek nights (Mon through Thu):
HH0 - 10,000 points (Opportunity);
HH1 - 20,000 points (Executive);
HH2 - 25,000 points (Select);
HH3 - 30,000 points (Classic);
HH4 - 35,000 points (Premium).
