Super Service from Honors!
Had an interesting message this morning from the HHonors Diamond Desk. It was from the agent who had helped me with my reservations last August for our trip to Tokyo & Singapore next week. I haven't talked to her since last summer!
Incidentally, I am a HHonors Gold member; never have been a Diamond member but this agent at the Diamond Desk ended up helping me when I originally e-mailed the HHonors Flyertalk mailbox looking for help on award stay reservations.
Anyway, the Diamond Desk agent called me this morning just to verify that my reservations for our award stays on our trip were completely in order, my arrival dates hadn't changed, and to wish me a great trip.
Needless to say, I'm very impressed!
