I don't claim to be an expert in either HH or UA, but Santa Fe, NM would be quite nice around that time. It's high desert country, so it shouldn't be too hot. A very artsy town. I believe there is a Doubletree that is central to the downtown attractions. Maybe some Sante Fe resident can elaborate?
