Honors Account Question
can someone answer my question? When viewing my hhonors account online (under the other activity points section), I have been awarded 20,000 points and the description to these points says BT2YM CNQST 4TH 2000. Does anyone know what this description means? I also have another 15,000 points awarded to me with a description of BT2YM CNQST 3RD 2000. What do these two codes mean?

I have been through the original posts on this bonus, but am confused in that there are several airline/charge card promotion codes which all do pretty much the same thing: Fast track to Gold (4 stays within 90-days of registering). Some, but not all, also include the 50K bonus points, such as BT2YM. I believe there is a DinersClub Card 50K bonus as well, but forget the actual code.
So can anyone clarify exactly what BT2YM stands for? Is it linked to a specific airline carrier? I know it is found on a targeted letter, but what gives?

You should have received a total of 50,000 points coming in 5, 10, 15, and 20,000 increments at some time over the past 3 months. It was a promo called the Conquest or Fast Track to Gold bonus. Maybe you called the service center and were put on the plan without asking, but you should be Gold through next year and it sounds like you received all of the bonus points.
I don't think it had to do with an airline, but you did have to speak to HHonors to get on the bonus.
Don't know exactly what BT2YM stands for, but it is the code for the bonus. There was also a similar code for Diners Club, but consensus is that you could only get one of the 50k bonuses.

If you had done all 4 stays within a calendar quarter, you should also have received 4,000 bonus points.
Fianlly, your first 5,000 points should be listed under your first hotel activity stay in the Promotiion, and not where the other, 10,000 to 20,000 bonus points are listed under the separate tab.

I think it was very strange for me as well. The day I called with the bonus code, I was upgraded to Gold and received the following.
BT2YM CNQST 4TH 2000 20,000
BT2YM CNQST 3RD 2000 15,000
BT2YM CNQST 2ND 2000 10,000
Since then, I have had three stays, but no more bonuses. I have no idea how or when I will get that final 5,000.

Look at each of the applicable stays, and there should be a line, along with car rental points, etc. that breaks out the 5,000 points. It should also be noticeable in that 1 stay should have a large # of unexplainable points, that when you click on the deatails section, the above appears.
