No surprise here ... those two DoubleTrees and the [Red Lion] Inn at the Quay are a package deal.

I'll miss the Columbia River ... I got upgraded to a parlor suite on a POVA rate!

I was trying to book a night at the DT in Fresno, CA last week, but the agent told me , that it is gone, too.

But a new Hampton will open in Tracy, CA in a couple of weeks, about 45 minutes away on US 99.

The Boise DT is a pit - I stayed there on a $30 priceline stay in May and thought I had paid twice as much as I should have. Happy to see it go.
