Not so good for Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
January Sale 400 MYR++ vs Visa 25% Offer 386 MYR++.

Hilton Singapore has decent rates of SGD$160++

Now it's working !
Rate code is PR09SW, available until august and for stay from Thursday to Sunday night.
Rate is 50% off the "BED AND BREAKFAST FLEXIBLE RATE".
At a first look, it’s not working on the same way for all the hotels.

When speaking with Hilton Reservations they said they will have the details on January 4th as the internal memo has authroized OT and casual dress for the day? To me they expect a flood of calls.

I know the VISA Perks has been extended as I rebooked my Hawaiian Village yesterday with the 25% discount! ^

Perhaps it's only for Europe.
For some hotels it's ok for week stay and for other only for week-end stay ...

Well, I made 10 reservations. The rate just pops up when using the US website and it is for Berlin not limited for weekends.

Lowest BAR (Twin Deluxe) in Guam goes from $149.00+ to $84.50+. Last year, IIRC, the rate was $71.xx.

Sorry but the rate PR13CB you mention is that only for Hilton staff?
