Add additional driver
I have a reservation and wanted to add an additional driver. The website/ app does not allow this. I called up customer support and they said it can be done only at pickup on the counter. I don’t want to stop at counter because it takes more than an hour and want to directly walk to my car as President Gold member. Any advice?

You don't have to stop at the counter. This is something that can be done at the exit booth in the lot. You just need to hand the attendant both driver's licenses upon exiting and them them know you'd like to add the other person as an additional driver.
