Daily rate PC codes are exceptionally rare. Daily rates typically consist of midweek rentals less than 5 days that don't include weekend days. 5 days = weekly, and overlaps to weekends unless Monday morning to Friday afternoon/evening.

Have I been spending too little (with too many PC's) there that they might have opted out of?

Right now the pickings are slim for weekend rentals. We can only hope that $10 per day on weekends comes back in January/February when cars are sitting in cold parking lots. And if we're really lucky, we might see the no-cap $10 per day which was a sweet $70 off per week last winter.
For a three day weekend, you can use this coupon for $20 off (any CDP). $6.67 per day is just a bit better than the $5 per day we see elsewhere (below).
Weekly is a little better. While the current airport $10 per day is capped at $40, HLE rentals can get a decent $35 off at $5 per day with this coupon:
And as noted, that is also good for $5 per day off weekend rentals as well.

Got a coupon code for completing a survey for my last rental. PC#172196 valid for 5$ off on a daily rental or 25$ off on a weekly one for Economy to Full Size categories valid till Dec 31, 2013 (yes 2013). YMMV.
