I'll be in Waikiki for 2 weeks for business.
Company booked me at the Aston Waikiki Sunset.
I am looking for recommendation on what are the top 3 Aston hotels in Waikiki? I don't need a suite, just a single room, with a car, and like to walk also to International Plaza.
Tks

Waikiki Beach Tower
Waikiki Beachside
and then a drop and a bunch of other places, including the Sunset, which I have stayed at as recently as Jan '03 and didn't mind it a bit.
I'd suggest reading the reviews at www.tripadvisor.com if you haven't already done that.

Thank you. I read them all on tripadvisor, but still can't decide.
I think I'll stay at the Sunset the first week, while check out the others :-)

I stayed at the Aston Beachside couple of weeks ago - was more than happy with it and would stay there again - err just check it isn't a standard room tho as they do not have windows - not sure what that would be like ! Is directly across from the beach and just up the road from the International Market Place. Staff were friendly room was clean - only thing was there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (but was a 24/7 Jack in the Box next door). Room did have fridge / microwave and safe for use though.
Also this hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can eat at the Hyatt which is moreorless next door and book to your room (and the Hyatt has free wifi access everywhere in the building with plenty of seating.
Did venture to the Beach Tower which is not far away one evening - and that seemed fine too.

Waikiki Beach Tower
This property has all condo-type units, IIRC. The location is good and views from upper floor apts worth the extra money, but a lot of space (1 and 2 bedroom units).
Have not stayed at the Beachside, but did check out rooms there and seemed very nice. I would stay there if I wanted just a room.
Both properties offered EP rates in low season.
