Oahu Uber availability?

Oahu Uber availability?
Is it possible to Uber from Waikiki to the Polynesian Cultural Center? How about from the PCC to Turtle Bay? Or from Turtle Bay to HNL? Or are there other better options? (There are no one-way rental cars available at any downtown rental location on our dates. Our only option for rental car is to pick it up at the airport on the way to the PCC.)

Sure. Or Lyft, and there's some local ride share service also, though I forget the name of it and I've never used it.

Charley's can get us to the PCC, but not from the PCC to Turtle Bay.

It would be about a 20 min trip via mass transit (TheBus) from Turtle Bay to/from the PCC if the schedules are friendly.
