When I have accessed my AQ on-line statement the past few times, there has been no information (segments, miles flown). Anyone else having this problem? I know the information was there earlier.

One thing that erks me about AQ's online website is that you only need a FF# to access the information. I don't think I really like that. Anyone could take a random guess at an 11 digit number and see if you can pull up a record.

So true slippahs. They really need a login password in addition to your FF#. I hope they do it prior to implementing online flight award redemption.

And if they do what information are they really getting? Big deal.

Privacy is serious issue for me, as people have stolen my identity before. It's a big deal for others. If it's not your concern, then what you don't know can't hurt you, I suppose.
