AQ On-line statement.

When I have accessed my AQ on-line statement the past few times, there has been no information (segments, miles flown). Anyone else having this problem? I know the information was there earlier.

Having this problem as well. It's still probably in "beta" test mode as online statements haven't been announced yet to the public, so I'd give it a few more weeks.

One thing that erks me about AQ's online website is that you only need a FF# to access the information. I don't think I really like that. Anyone could take a random guess at an 11 digit number and see if you can pull up a record. :(

So true slippahs. They really need a login password in addition to your FF#. I hope they do it prior to implementing online flight award redemption.

And if they do what information are they really getting? Big deal.

Log into your AQ account with your number and it'll display your full name, ALL past/current itineraries and the ability to redeem AirAwards miles via online booking. It sure is a big deal and thank you for confirming that.

Privacy is serious issue for me, as people have stolen my identity before. It's a big deal for others. If it's not your concern, then what you don't know can't hurt you, I suppose.

I still don't see my past flight itineraries as something to be concerned with. Now if they can book a ticket with your mileage, that could be a problem. But if someone wants to know when I flew, I hardly consider that something to be worried about unless you are flying on trips without your spouse's knowledge.

It displays current itineraries, which is the big issue to me.
