Any changes to elite status on HA?
I am a PM on Delta and life long resident of Oahu. Tried for status match on HA and was turned down, no surprise. But in their email they said that the requirements for Pualani Gold status is 25 k and Plat is 50k is this correct? That is not what the website says. Anyone know anything about this? ie future increase for next year?

Haven’t seen or heard of anything like that. They’ve made minor positive changes for plats in the last year or so (eg E+ at checkin rather than gate on mainland flights), but nothing major.

The HA agent admitted his mistake. It is still 40K and 20k. Still denied.
