This is the least viable city pair from the mainland that I could think of. Virtually every other major city in the US mainland has a greater value proposition over Miami, even Orlando - not to mention Miami people are the absolute last tourists anyone from Hawai'i would even remotely want in their state, heck even other people in Florida don't want them either. I call this the longest of long shots.

I was just about to book MCO-HNL today, and found out they cancelled the route. If they would have stuck around for 1 more month I would have been ok. So now I am scrambling to find availability.
Does HA have a way to use miles from MCO and connecting in another city (JFK, BOS, AUS) onto HNL (then to LIH)? I am trying to very quickly learn the rules of several airlines to try to find a FC, hopefully lie flat seat rt. Any help is appreciated!

Don't worry, folks! They will be back in no time. Someday in the future. They will reinstate it again. If they have aircraft available, they will be there, and they can return MCO.
