TXL to InterCity Hotel?

Is there a train that will take me from TXL to the InterCity Hotel in Berlin? This hotel is located at a train station, so I imagine that it would be easy. I just need a little guidance.

InterCityHotel Berlin
Am Ostbahnhof 5
BERLIN 10243

Above is the address. I stayed there once before, but a friend picked me up at TXL, so I didn't think about grabbing a train.

There is no train station at TXL, but you can easily take the bus into town and then connect onto the S-Bahn to Ostbahnhof.

You can find a journey planner (in English) on the Berlin Transport Authority web site: http://www.bvg.de/index.php/en/Bvg/Start

If you don't have a lot of stuff to lug around, hop on to the X9 and ride it to the last stop: Zoologischer Garten. Then get on one of the eastbound S lines that stops at Ostbahnhof. If I remember correctly, the end stations for the lines you want are Strausberg Nord, Ahrensfelde, Wartenberg, or Schoenefeld.

Your other option would be to take the Bus TXL to the main station and change there in the S-Bahn going east (pretty much every line mentioned by Bigzamboni). It doesn't matter whether you take the TXL and change at the main station, or take the X9 and change at Zoo. Just take the bus, which you see at first.
