VISA Electron in Germany?
Frohe Weihnachten!
Recently I booked a R/T on Ryanair during one of the Free Flights, No Taxes Promos (0,04 Cents for two people). As always, I was annoyed by the 5€ per person per segment credit card surrcharge. They dont charge anything for VISA Electron cards. Does anyone have one of these cards with a billing address in Germany or Switzerland? Where, how and how much can I get one of these cards?

you can get these with any bank account in france. I have one from french postal bank. (ok ... I live in France ... but you should be able to find a bank in france where you can get a bank account with a german adress ... )
