Frohe Weihnachten!

Recently I booked a R/T on Ryanair during one of the Free Flights, No Taxes Promos (0,04 Cents for two people). As always, I was annoyed by the 5€ per person per segment credit card surrcharge. They dont charge anything for VISA Electron cards. Does anyone have one of these cards with a billing address in Germany or Switzerland? Where, how and how much can I get one of these cards?
