I just read more strike action is expected next week. If DUS is affected have to organize a car since taxis will be in very short supply.

An hour ago on the ARD Morgenmagazin:
Reporter in front of a standing train in Frankfurt: "This Regionalexpress to Heidelberg should have departed one minute ago."
Camera pans to the side and the reporter interviews someone.
When the interview is finished, the camera pans back to the original view.
"As you can see, Frankfurt station has come to a complete standstill."
And the train in the background is gone!

nice story!Will be interesting to see if engine drivers will continue their work stoppage against todays court decision.

Mainz Court Rules DB Strike Unlawful
No further disruption of train traffic is expected until 7/13:
"Die Streikaktionen der Gewerkschaft Deutscher Lokomotivfhrer sind heute vom Arbeitsgericht Mainz fr rechtswidrig erklrt worden. Es ist bis Freitag, 13. Juli mit keinen weiteren Beeintrchtigungen im Nah- und Fernverkehr rechnen."
