FRA Security - Electronics Devices and Cords

I seem to recall reading somewhere that security at FRA airport is particular with electronics devices and cords, so much that some travelers pull them all out so they can be seen clearly in the bin. Is my memory accurate or is old age catching up with me? I just want to know what to expect when we depart FRA in a couple of weeks.

Just laptops and tablets need to be taken out, the rest can stay in the bag.

I forgot to take out a tablet at FRA once. The security guy said he had to call the police to review the image. Apparently it was too dangerous for the policeman to touch my bag, so he made me locate the tablet. Shortly after I had to go landside at ZRH and then go back airside. The guy saw some metallic object on the image, but this time it was too dangerous for me to touch my own bag so he had to rummage through everything.

Electronic devices and liquids need to be taken out (laptops, mobiles, tablettes) and placed separately on a tray. Cords can stay inside.

Security tends to be a cluster at FRA, as the body scanners are ultra sensitive- it will pick up a parking ticket left in your pocket. So take absolutely everything out, i even take off my watch.

That's explicit not necessary and the advantage of the scanners.

Theoretically yes, but anything and everything gets marked as a potential check (!) and I don't want to go thru a pat-down every time. I want to me waved thru the first time, every time.

Once, even the bottom of my long pants leg being rolled up 2cm set it off.
