"Octoberfest" is sometimes held in September ... as for the Regina one, I haven't attended it yet.

It's mostly in September. It is held during the sixteen days up to, and including, the first Sunday in October (with an extra day or two in years when the first Sunday is the 1st or 2nd of :Dctober).
