I would like to travel to Germany for a few days this year during Octoberfest; can someone give me some options??
What is the best city?? Is Octberfest during the whole month of October, or does it start late Sept???

I think you need to start with Google to get the basics.
Oktoberfest is in Munich, and actually takes place mostly during September.

If you like this kind of "entertainment" then I suggest to try a Schtzenfest in a small village in the countryside as well.
Then you really know what germany is all about ...
