Total Rewards Comped Nights

I seem to be having an issue with my account on the website. I have always brought up the calendars for the month or specific dates which showed all the hotels. The comped nights would change but for example it would show Sunday through Thursday nights comped at several hotels and always the RIO, Flamingo, Harrahs, Ballys etc., I have booked several times on the website with no issues. I would choose the Sunday check in and check out on Friday with all nights comped other than the resort fees.
Over the past few months my account will still be showing several days as comped but when I punch in my check in date for example Sunday it will only show the one night comped but all other nights at higher than normal rates? so in essence no matter when I look it will only give me the one night yet the calendar shows 5 nights or whatever.
I emailed customer service but I don't thing they understand as I just got a generic reply and not really answering my question or looking into my problem. Anything like this happening to anybody else?

While the calendar shows free nights, there is a limit to the number of free nights they'll let you redeem. For instance, my calendar shows Rio with free nights every night, but won't let me book more than 5 nights in a row. Once I go beyond 5 nights, it starts charging a rate that increases every night (it's been documented elsewhere that the casinos typically don't want people hanging around too long because their wallets start to dry up, and after a few nights they start charging a penalty rate). Similarly, I see three free nights in a row at Caesars, but it will only let me book two.

It sounds like this may be what is happening to you. Is it possible your rating has declined and they will only comp you one night?

Interesting.........Mine shows the same as for example 4-5 nights. I'm not trying to book anything more than what it shows as comped and as I mentioned I have done this numerous times and it all looks the same..............but with a different outcome. My habits have not changed - I get to LV at a minimum 3 times/year and my spend has not changed whatsoever?........unless of course they have changed their threshold on comped nights. At the end of the day, right now no matter what the calendar shows it only allows me one free night BUT the reason I feel something is off is because if I use the RIO for example it comes up as the second night at like $300.00!!! We all know that is not legit!

Sometimes this has to do with room type/availability.

I've found their site to be lacking when it comes to reservations. There are times where my "quoted" rate for three nights with a three night offer will come in with some ridiculous price but if I remove it and quote the room, it's comp'd. Very annoying. Now, if i don't find what I want I don't waste anymore time. I just call.

I'm going to say that the website is buggy. I've tried to redeem offers online and they simply say "Doesn't work" but if I call in, you can book.

Man........this is driving me nutz!!! I have emailed customer service a couple of times and honestly they are just agents and I don't think have any idea on the back end of the system. The one actually responded and said he could speak to his Supervisor and provide me a discount?/
Something is telling me that my default on the webpage has changed or something and I have no idea what. I will use the RIO as an example. It currently shows me comped each night from Sunday Nov.06 thru to Thursday Nov.10. It shows exactly how it always and in the past I would hit the check in day of Sunday and check out day as Friday and Tada.....all good just paying the resort fees. Now it just shows the one first night comped and that's it? Above on the screen in small letters it says "Rates are based on the lowest available rate for a one night stay".
I have tried to see if maybe the best room type was showing up and I don't think that is the case..........My gambling hasn't changed - if anything spending more? Shoot!!!

I have the same issue...try calling into the VIP/Total Rewards line. Those people can look at your play and get you your comps.
