I had some $29 tickets for my family that just went down to $19. I noticed that Frontier now has an easier way to cancel refundable bundle tickets without the hassle of explaining it on Chat. It works basically the same as cancelling a ticket within 24 hours of purchase. You just go to your reservation and click cancel. Super easy and fast. But there's a BIG catch: they will only give you a voucher this way, not a refund to your credit card.

I declined and went to Chat. Just type "agent" twice when you get to Chat and you'll be in the queue. Fortunately, my agent cancelled multiple reservations in less than 10 minutes.
