Never got Charged for Flight?
I have an upcoming flight that I bought it at the airport for $19 about a month and a half ago.
I got a pending charge notification when I swiped the card, but it dropped off and the statement posted. There's no charge at all on the card, the only evidence I have is the receipt.
Should I expect to get charged in the future or did I get a free flight?

It does indeed say it is valid, and it also auto attached to my account since I gave the loyalty number at purchase.

They will charge you upon check-in.
You might be able to see something like "Due: $19" under your reservation or on the receipt. I had a similar experience in booking an award ticket (MGB-DEN-SFO) using Frontier Miles, after purchase, they did charge the tax immediately but never took those 15000 miles away from my account upon check-in. Upon check-in, you will be asked to complete the purchase (the dues) before proceed to check in.
