1. Family pool stopped working for me..... Although it still show the correct miles amount but during booking it says lack of miles....
2. Discount Den status becomes a mystery. As a 100K elite I could not longer use discount Den with pool member.
Or, is it not suppose to be eligible for pool members in the first place?

Having same issue with Family pooling not working and I am the head of the pool. First time to try and use it and it doesn't recognize the pooled points.
When I try to book flight and click continue website says, "Sorry, you are XXXXX miles away from your selected flight(s). You will need to make another selection or pay in dollars."

I also had an issue where the system didn't honor my 20k stretch seating benefit at online check-in for a flight earlier today.
It took 35 minutes to get a representative on the phone who initially told me that I could only request it at the airport but after some pushing back, who manually waived the fee and assigned the seats for me.
I hope I wouldn't have the same issue for my flight tomorrow.

apparently the issue of family points pooling is not resolved within few hours, it is still a problem for me.
Family Pool kind of working, not as expected.
From what I can tell: Online system pulled (pun intended) pool points up to the amount I have in my account. Can only spend up to the amount in your account, but spends the points in the pool in order of first in first out.
EXPECTATION: I was expecting all pooled points to be available and allow me to purchase flights with the pool total of 80K. But wouldn't let me do that.

Can’t get the discount den fares working with additional members., it keeps giving error account number not found.. however playing around, I was able to get the works package (being 100k member) applied to the trip for all members on itenary
