Price fluctuation

Newly marched Elite 100k member here and I've booked 4 roundtrips (flown 2 RTs already). Pricing changes almost daily, sometimes up and sometimes down, specifically SFO/OAK to LAS routes. I've canceled and rebooked my flights several times when pricing drops. My mid-Feb RT flight was at $94, then dropped down to $78, then skyrocketed to $234 and then back down to $124. I bought at $124, and then canceled and rebooked when price went down to $91.

I'll continue to monitor my flights and rebook as one-ways...refundability is but re-entering companion info is

I dont understand how the website allows you to enter traveler companion info on your profile but doesnt give you the convenience of auto populating it each time one books a flight. Whats the use? 🤷‍♀️

What process do you use to cancel and rebook? I've been cancelling using DM's to their Twitter account but wondering if there is a faster way to lock in the new reservation with the updated price before it changes again? It takes a couple hours for them to reply sometimes on Twitter especially when outside 9-5pm M-F.

I want to make sure that they refund my credit card each time I cancel too. I don't want their travel vouchers.
