Newly marched Elite 100k member here and I've booked 4 roundtrips (flown 2 RTs already). Pricing changes almost daily, sometimes up and sometimes down, specifically SFO/OAK to LAS routes. I've canceled and rebooked my flights several times when pricing drops. My mid-Feb RT flight was at $94, then dropped down to $78, then skyrocketed to $234 and then back down to $124. What process do you use to cancel and rebook? I've been cancelling using DM's to their Twitter account but wondering if there is a faster way to lock in the new reservation with the updated price before it changes again? It takes a couple hours for them to reply sometimes on Twitter especially when outside 9-5pm M-F.
I want to make sure that they refund my credit card each time I cancel too. I don't want their travel vouchers.
