Forms of proof of Elite 100K status
I attempted to do a status match with Delta by doing a screen print of my Frontier profile page that shows the Elite 100K status. They emailed back and said this isn't enough proof. They want me to send an image of a physical card or a statement. The trouble is I don't believe Frontier gives out status cards or sends statements. Any idea on how to find a solution for this?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Did you earn your 100K organically or through a status match of some kind?

Is there a formal status match or staus challenge for Delta now.
If you are successful, I'd be interested to know.

What did you ask for as a "match" for 100K
I don't think legacy carriers are thrilled about matching LCC

I was suspecting it was the Delta status match/challenge and was going to point out that it doesnt matter because they only accept organic statuses and not other status matches.
Delta asks for a statement that shows you going from 0 miles to 100K miles that looks like you actually took flights to get there. If you have one entry on your statement showing you went from 0 miles to 50K or 100K instantly, they will assume it is a status match and would deny you.
Frontier has a section in your profile on the website that shows miles history added to your account and if you have a bunch of flights and they add miles in reasonable increments 500 miles, 850 miles, 2300 miles, and such to get up to 100K, then they will consider your status organic.

Ah, while not taking a position on what one should or shouldn't do, some Airline FFs are pretty laxed and pretty much accept either an image of your elite status card of from that of your online account. Others, CX off the top of my head, requested an itemized line by line account summary of how said status had been achieved, and they do peruse it pretty thoroughly.
With DL, it's variable; for some they'll request the itemized summary similar to CX's practice. For others, the status (challenge) was granted upon a successful submission of elite status card/screen image.
Again, not suggesting what you should or shouldn't do, but I'm from the school where I'd submit it, and roll the dice. I mean, what have you got to lose? Some time writing up and attaching an image on an email?
