I was suspecting it was the Delta status match/challenge and was going to point out that it doesn’t matter because they only accept “organic” statuses and not other status matches.
Delta asks for a “statement” that shows you going from 0 miles to 100K miles that looks like you actually took flights to get there. If you have one entry on your statement showing you went from 0 miles to 50K or 100K instantly, they will assume it is a status match and would deny you.
Frontier has a section in your profile on the website that shows miles history added to your account and if you have a bunch of flights and they add miles in reasonable increments 500 miles, 850 miles, 2300 miles, and such to get up to 100K, then they will consider your status “organic”.
