Change Fee Waivers
Anyone need a change fee waiver? Since Frontier is gutting their Business Tracks program, I've redeemed our corporate savings for several of these.... they waive the itinerary or name change fee associated with any existing tickets (except award tickets), and are transferrable.

I assume they're electronic; haven't actually gotten them yet. I ordered them on 11/4 and it says it can take up to 5 days to get them. Dunno if that means they mail out a chit, or if they just sit on it for 5 days before emailing me the codes.
You have to call the business line to rebook, but other than that they're transferrable, so I'll ping you guys back as soon as I have something.

Typical F9 customer service. Ordered on 11/4. It's now 11/19 (11 business days later) and haven't seen nothin' from them. Thankfully points.com was able to cash out all but 311 of my miles and send me some gift carts. Those guys turned it around in like 4 CALENDAR days.... still waiting on the F9 change fee chits.
