E-ticket confirmation
I booked a ticket on frontier through chase UR mall travel and it didn't seem to go through. I ended up calling the UR travel center and they told me my original booking wasn't confirmed for some odd reason (they didn't specify, nor did they seem to know), but that they would cancel the booking and retry for me.
They ended up telling me they were able to confirm my booking on the flight that I wanted, but I'm still unable to look it up on Frontier.com.
Is this normal? How do I know that my flight has been ticketed? Is having a 6 digit frontier confirmation code enough?

A confirmation code (from the carrier, not the third-party vendor) means that you have a reservation. An e-ticket # means that you have a ticket. The ticket is payment for the reservation. Until you have the latter, you don't have anything.
Call UR back and ask them for the ticket # and then call the carrier and ask them to confirm with the ticket # as opposed to PNR, name and the like.
