I guess they say that practice makes perfect.
There sure are a lot of giveaways in the DEN area; how about having some in the other Frontier hubs?

Mobile Billboard Giveaway Take 2! Okay, so our first attempt a few weeks ago didn’t go according to plan, but we’re going to try again! Look for our mobile billboard near MetroLux 14 Theatre at the Promenade Shops at Centerra in Loveland this Sunday (11/6) from 11:30 a.m. – Noon. We have $50 Fly Bucks cards to give out to the first 75 people who mention this post to the driver on Sunday (one card per person). We look forward to seeing you this Sunday!

I was thinking about qualifying the term, but I guess you guys took care of that.
Apparently, Frontier still believes it has multiple hubs, at least according to the info on their website.

The location was Arvada Estates Retirement Community. No one seemed to know why it was held there, including the manager of the retirement home. I'd say about 30-40 people showed up. More orderly than the Cherry Creek event, but a bit odd in that there was no good place for the billboard truck to park, again. It ended up behind the building, not visible to street traffic. But I was one of the lucky eleven. Not sure if F9 treated the other folks to anything.

Like it or not, Twitter is here to stay, and it's already being used by customers to get direct responses from companies. Just look at Kevin Smith and Southwest.
I had a very similar situation with American a month or two back and not only got an upgrade to business class, but a $250 voucher toward a future flight.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease, and social media outlets give us the squeak we need to really be heard in new and revolutionizing ways. Bad PR is one thing, but companies can ill afford bad-mouthing on social media outlets from a more educated and active public.
Those who complain about government but then don't vote are the ones I put on a special $%^& list. Likewise, those who complain about companies but never contact them with an expectation of correcting wrongs or fixing things are also getting on my list.
I've had everything from free upgrades in flights, to vouchers for future travel, to full refunds for bad food/service, and much more. Hell, I bought a Verizon Droid two years ago, and am still on unlimited voice and data while using a Droid X. The touchscreen is going on this one as well, so will likely chime in soon again seeing if I can make the move the the iPhone4 (not the S).
It's a matter of leveraging these outlets best, and pretending they are the devil is just plain silly.

The Frontier promotions dept must think everyone knows that it's a forgone conclusion that all on-site giveaways are held in the Denver area; now they are not even listing a city (or state, for that matter) in their FB posts.
Sunday! Be there! Find our mobile billboard on Sunday, 11/13 from 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. next to the Saj Mediterranean Grill at the Streets at SouthGlenn. Be one of the first 50 people to show up and mention this post to the Frontier representative to get a $50 Fly Bucks card!

I understand that. My point was that "I" don't Tweet. I wasn't saying whether I liked it or not, or whether Twitter is here to stay. There are plenty of other communication channels available to me, including other social media outlets.
