Website Capabilites

My question is, can you modify your itinerary via the website? In the past, I've been more than annoyed at Frontier's call center wait times.

Go to https://booking.frontierairlines.com...26BCF3C2A0EAD5 and enter your reservation information, as indicated.

When you click through, you will be able to view your itinerary. At the bottom of that page, select "Change Reservation."

Another poster said that he was not allowed to make any changes, so I'm thinking this option may only work with certain fare types, i.e. Classic Plus.

Hope it works for you; please let us know.

The homepage now has a link to the page previously noted in this thread.

With this page so buried, I doubt whether many customers knew about it, let alone used it.

Unfortunately, that link sometimes works. Other times it doesn't.

The website's homepage has a new tab labeled My Flights, which replaces the previous Itineraries tab.

After clicking the new tab, two options are offered - VIEW RESERVATIONS and CHANGE RESERVATIONS.

The first option takes one to Sabre's Virtually There, while the second option redirects to Frontier's Itinerary page; both options have been available on the website for awhile, but not all that easy to locate.

The VIEW RESERVATIONS tab has the message
Selecting "View Reservations" will allow you to review your reservations booked on FrontierAirlines.com or through our Reservations Center. This link will take you from FrontierAirlines.com to a website hosted by Sabre, Frontier's reservations system provider.
The CHANGE RESERVATIONS tab states
Selecting "Change Reservations" will allow you to make changes to an existing flight itinerary purchased on FrontierAirlines.com. To change an itinerary booked elsewhere, please call our Reservations Center at 800-432-1FLY(1359) or contact your travel agent.
If Frontier can encourage customers to utilize this functionality, call volume and customer frustration should decrease. Most people do not mind being self-sufficient, as long as their desired outcome is achieved, without too much hassle.

Speaking of website capabilities, it doesn't appear there is a way to add a frequent flier # after the booking has been made. I will have to call to do this?

I believe that this is the type of issue that http://twitter.com/frontiercare can help you with. They will probably ask you to DM the info.

Or

To add your EarlyReturns number to your current reservation please contact Frontier Reservations at 800-432-1FLY (1359) and our automated system can add your EarlyReturns number to your existing reservation.
