The website's homepage has a new tab labeled
My Flights,which replaces the previous
Itineraries tab.
After clicking the new tab, two options are offered -
VIEW RESERVATIONS and
CHANGE RESERVATIONS.
The first option takes one to Sabre's Virtually There, while the second option redirects to Frontier's Itinerary page; both options have been available on the website for awhile, but not all that easy to locate.
The VIEW RESERVATIONS tab has the message
Selecting "View Reservations" will allow you to review your reservations booked on FrontierAirlines.com or through our Reservations Center. This link will take you from FrontierAirlines.com to a website hosted by Sabre, Frontier's reservations system provider.
The CHANGE RESERVATIONS tab states
Selecting "Change Reservations" will allow you to make changes to an existing flight itinerary purchased on FrontierAirlines.com. To change an itinerary booked elsewhere, please call our Reservations Center at 800-432-1FLY(1359) or contact your travel agent.
If Frontier can encourage customers to utilize this functionality, call volume and customer frustration should decrease. Most people do not mind being self-sufficient, as long as their desired outcome is achieved, without too much hassle.
