Classic Plus

Is Direct TV included in the price of your ticket? The cost of this ticket is a good deal if your want stretch seating and luggage included.
Thanks

Yep. Both Classic and CP get DirecTV, assuming you're flying an Airbus. Currently there's no IFE on E-Jets, though eventually they'll get WiFi.

You also get a free adult beverage and a pre-packaged snack.

I flew on this ticket this week and unfortunately, they won't let you have one of the fresh snacks. Nor will they apply the price difference between your free pre-packaged snack and the fresh snack.

For what it's worth, on my flight from DEN-LGA the fresh snacks were a turkey sandwich or caesar salad.

Is complimentary admission to the Best Care Club in Milwaukee still included in Classic Plus?

I'm looking to book a ticket, and when I hover over CP on the fare matrix it doesn't have that in there anymore. I swear it did when I looked last week. It does still have BCC access lites on the "Fare Options" page of the F9 website.

Also, can someone tell me what the process is for getting a refund on a CP ticket? Is it an easy process? Can you cancel anytime up until the departure time?

Though I have no first-hand experience of a Classic Plus ticket refund, here is some general information:

It's very simple, just call reservations and tell them to refund the reservation. (Yes, you may have a 30 minute wait.)

Last week, I made an itinerary change. Rather than pay the fare increase, I told them to refund the reservation and I re-booked online. It takes about five to seven days for the refund to post to your Barclay's card.

No need to submit any forms.

CP will have to pay for it for tickets purchased after 5/10. Tickets purchased prior to 5/10 will still be provided a snack. Also the brands are changing as well as the selections.

Is the free DirecTV still included with the Classic Plus fare? I can't find it listed on the web site.

DirecTV is still included as long as the flight is on an Airbus.

Thanks. It's two A319 aircraft so I should be all set.

I wonder why they don't list that benefit on the web site?

I believe it's so people aren't led to believe they'll get DirecTV while on flights operated by the Embraer 170/190's and the Frontier Express Q400's and ERJ's.

I'd like to see DirecTV added to the 190's.. so the product offering is the same across the mainline aircraft.. but I doubt it happens for money and weight reasons.

My CP ticket for today (5/22) was purchased yesterday (5/21) and they gave me pre-packaged snacks on both legs. Not saying that they were supposed to, just that they did.
