Keep miles or exchange? Both programs

I have 52 orphan Midwest Miles. I also have 500 miles (the sign-up bonus) with Frontier, but I'm not very likely to fly on Frontier unless I move to another city.

I'm thinking that it might make sense to exchange the Midwest Miles to something else before the programs are combined, but what should I exchange them to?

For that matter, would it be a good idea to exchange the Frontier miles as well, if that's allowed? Remember that Frontier doesn't serve any airport near me.

As far as I know, there is nothing you can do with just 50 miles; however, the 500 EarlyReturns miles can be used for a free magazine subscription. That offer, though, expires next month.
