Website Not Working Tonight
I've been trying to book a trip tonight and the Frontier site isn't operating properly. Specifically, it will not recognize any destination airport. When you type in the city name or airport code, a little dialogue box appears that says, "No Airports - please backspace."
It's the craziest thing I've ever seen. If you enter the airport code and hit the "Find Flights" button you receive an error message that states, "Please select a destination city".
I wonder how much business they've lost tonight over this little consumer frustration.
MostlyAir... what's up?

I think I had the same problem. I typed in the airport code and hit enter thinking the website was smart enough to put in the rest. Instead I got a message saying to pick a destination. So I tried the airport code again and a drop down box appeared while typing the code with the actual city name, so I clicked on the city name and continued. For me it was kind of irritating that an airport code was not enough, that I had to actually pick the city name. I know the Midwest site was a bit more intuitive. I suppose there is a legitimate reason for this, like people picking the wrong airport code and booking it.

It's still not working on my end today.
I've used the Frontier site for years and have never experienced this.
In the Flying From box if I input "de", a drop down automatically appears showing Denver, Des Moines, Detroit. So, you can either select one of the three, or you just type in the airport code "DEN" and it selects it automatically for you when you press the tab key to move to the Flying To box.
It's the Flying To box that's the problem. It doesn't matter what character I type, let's say "c" for Chicago, the dialogue box immediately shows No Airports - Please backspace. If I ingnore it and continue to spell out Chicago, or actually input MDW for the airport code and press the Find Flights button, the error message, "Please select a destination city" pops up.
I literally have no ability to book a flight on Frontier's web-site. It's the weirdest thing I have ever experienced.
I'm hoping MostlyAir chimes in on this if he's trolling the forum.

It works for me, trying four different browsers. I have noticed that the Frontier site is not fully compatible with Google Chrome.
Try going in through www.midwestairlines.com to enter the info - it will automatically redirect you and transfer over all of that info to Frontier for pricing and booking.
BTW, have you ever thought that maybe they just don't want your business anymore?

I work in I.T. and I get frustrated with IE. Have you tried to clear your browser cache? You may have a fubar'd cached page in your web browser. Look at this site on how to clear the cache. http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
