F9 website question
Frontier newbie, as generally speaking, I'm faithful to the Eskimo. I opened, or rather re-opened an Early Returns account after finding F9 has the contract for government travel for my MCI trip next week. My only other F9 flight was back in November of '98. I'm sure things are different.
I went to the Frontier site to access my reservation to add my new account number, and because I used a travel agent (per requirement), I cant access it on the site. Is this something on hold during the consolidation of F9/YX? Usually after Sato(n) travel makes my reservations, I go make everything nice.
I've not run into this on other carriers.
..still though, looking forward to my first EMB-190 and EMB-170 next week.

Look at your itinerary. If there is any combination of YX/F9 flights (Midwest and Frontier) you cannot do anything with that itinerary on either website. By the end of the month, the Midwest website will disappear, so it shouldn't be a problem. But, for now, it is. If all fights are F9, you should be able to use the Frontier website. If all are booked as YX, you should be able to use Midwest website. Using a travel agent should have no effect on website use.

on the view itinerary page it says:
If you booked your reservation through a travel agency (i.e. Expedia, Travelocity, a travel agent, etc), you will not be able to view your itinerary here. Please contact the agency through which you booked your reservation to request a copy of your receipt and itinerary.
which I found to be odd, even though I had the confirmation number. Thanks mke9499. The call and chat with a live person agent got it added, and I can see what's in and what isnt.
