First bag charge
Changes effective for tickets purchased on or after September 13, 2008 for travel on or after November 1, 2008.
* First checked bag - changing from $0 to $15.00
* Third checked bag - changing from $50.00 to $25.00
The only change to Ascent and Summit is that the 3rd bag is now half price. First two bags still free at those levels.

Hmmmm ... Didn't see that one coming. Does the fee get refunded if your bag isn't delivered within 20 minutes of arriving at the gate? For lost luggage?
IMHO, and this is aimed at all airlines, if you're going to charge fees for checked baggage, enforce the carry-on baggage policies.
