First Flight
On 12/23 three of us flew Frontier from IND to CUN. It was a 3hr 10min flight. Other, than being 90 minutes late because of delays on the inbound from CUN, it was a delightful flight.
The seats were very comfortable with good head rests and lumbar support. Pitch was typical coach. The seatback screens were the best I've seen and the Direct TV was free although movies cost $8. With 24 or so free channels who needed a movie. Then they served a tasty wrap, chicken, turkey or veggie. Our friends flying Frontier NAS to CUN got no wrap as flight was under 3hrs.
I was impressed. Boarding was back to front and well done. Service in flight was friendly. We will use Frontier again when we have the opportunity.
Now if Frontier would only fly from Louisville.
