Guess I'm not destined to win this one. Says registered users of parade.com should enter using their registered handle & password, and when I do it, it tells me the handle is already in use & to pick a dif one. Usually there's a separate link for folk who are registered already.
BTW - it also says don't register using multiple emails as the software can detect it.

Still no love for me. Emailed tech support for Parade.
"When I log-in it tells me no account exists. When I try to register it tells me the email & user name already exists. Try logging in again & it tells me no account exists. Click on forgot password, & it gets sent to my email & is the exact same email address & password I used to log-in!"
