OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

GRAND PRIZE: ONE (1): A seven (7) day/seven (7) night trip for two (2) to Belgium. Trip consists of round trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. international gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) out of which Delta Air Lines operates, five (5) nights' standard hotel accommodations in Brussels and two (2) nights' standard hotel accommodations in Brugge (one (1) room; double occupancy) (room rate and tax only), ground transportations between airport and hotels and Brussels and Brugge, a tour of the Lotus Bakeries plant and a $1,400 spending money for winner only (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $9,100). Actual value may vary depending on city of departure and dates of travel. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports and visa. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on Delta Air Lines at least sixty (60) days prior to travel. Travel must be taken within twelve (12) months of date of issuance or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all federal, state and local taxes, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. Winner's guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guest (or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If, for whatever reason, Sponsor is unable to provide a tour of the plant, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
FIRST PRIZE: FIVE (5): 25,000 SkyMiles posted to winner's SkyMiles account (ARV: $739.00 each). SkyMiles are subject to terms and conditions specified by Delta. If a winner does not have a SkyMiles account, one will be established for him/her and the 25,000 SkyMiles will be deposited in such account.
SECOND PRIZE: TEN (10): $100 Gourmet Center Gift Certificate (ARV: $100 each).Gift certificates are subject to terms and conditions specified by Gourmet Center.
Total ARV of all prizes: $13,795.
